Our world is changing rapidly. It has become one of fast-paced soundbites and constant information overload. It can be difficult to navigate this changing world successfully, and for this reason I have provided you with solutions for how to navigate it with less stress and feelings of being overwhelmed
In today’s fast-paced society, with constant demands for our attention and decisions, more people are experiencing anxiety, fatigue, stress, overwhelm, and increase dissatisfaction in their work and life balance. Add to that the feeling of having too much to do and not enough time to do it all, and you have a recipe for disaster. Consequently, people are trying to do too much all at once in an attempt to save time. It might appear that multi-tasking works, but the result is lowered productivity and an ever-increasing level of frustration and stress.
Something can be done about it. You don’t have to live with this constant state of running without getting anywhere. I explain the tools you need for you to be able to recognise where your stress is coming from in my upcoming book, “Getting Out From Under, How to Break Free From Stress And Overwhelm To Get The Life You Have Always Wanted.” But for now – start by writing out every single incomplete task you have and then, gradually take action to complete them one at a time. Don’t forget to celebrate your completion of each task – that will help spur you on to the next, and next until all get done and are no longer blocking your forward progression.
You will find your focus improves and your mood lightens as well with these small actions.
